Turn Time: Five to Seven business days after inspection of property, unless it is a complicated appraisal requiring additional work in which case, the client will be notified of any problems. Methods of Appraisal Delivery: by Email to customer in PDF Format is the preferred method; FEDEX Hard Copies: add $20.00 or provide a FEDEX Account Number.

8.

All completed appraisals will include two original reports, unless sent via PDF format to lender.

9.

Regular appraisals and Reviews are subject to Standards I, II, and III of USPAP.

10.

Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.167%) will be collected at the prevailing rate on each appraisal.
