Turn Time: Five to Seven business days after inspection of property, unless it is a complicated appraisal requiring additional work in which case, the client will be notified of any problems. Methods of Appraisal Delivery: by Email to customer in PDF Format is the preferred method; FEDEX Hard Copies: add $20.00 or provide a FEDEX Account Number. |

Regular appraisals and Reviews are subject to Standards I, II, and III of USPAP. |

Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.167%) will be collected at the prevailing rate on each appraisal. |
